For your rehearsal dinner/wedding, we have many
options to choose from to make it seamless and
effortless for you! With our affordable choices, you will
be able to do much more for less. If you choose our
pizza and salad packages, we arrive at least an hour before serving time to prepare all the fresh
ingredients and get the fire roaring to heat up the
oven(s). We will set up your included buffet table with
plates, forks and napkins. We will begin by tray
passing appetizers (if ordered) during your cocktail hour while the wedding party is typically taking pictures. per your timeline we start serving pizza and salad(s) for dinner. Because of
the extensive pizza varieties we offer, we encourage multiple small trips through the buffet. It allows for all of your guests to enjoy the variety of food and everyone to get fed quickly! We also offer extraordinary charcuterie tables and a variety of delicious pasta dishes. The charcuterie table is available during the appetizer window and into the main event for the bride and groom. We always make you each a late night pizza of your choosing... always one the best parts of the
night!
