Inferno Woodfired Kitchen catered our wedding  (60 people) on top of Mount Palomar on 7/15.  Scott and his team were an absolute joy to work with.  When we initially set out to find a caterer, he was the first to respond (same-day) and extremely flexible with everything we needed (vegetarian options, adding coffee service, etc).  I have zero regrets or complaints and would absolutely hire him for any event again.

The pizza and appetizers were phenomenal!  The website says gourmet toppings for the pizzas- and that was exactly true. Goat cheese, beautiful basil, fresh tomatoes, juicy pineapple, and the list just goes on and on.  Loved the crust, sauce, and all of the toppings- there was a huge variety throughout the dinner service.

We got compliments from guests all night long about the pizza options and had several friends ask for his contact information from us.  It was just such a hit!  Scott and his team just kept turning out amazing pizzas with all sorts of delicious toppings.  Some couples really want the chicken/beef dish option for catering for their weddings... not us... we wanted pizza... and it turns out, so did everyone else!  Not much goes better with the wine and beer we had.  

They arrived, set-up, and took down all on their own and left the staging area completely clean.  We were also left with some bride and groom pizzas which we loved eating after we left and the morning after.

I recommend the appetizer and salads in addition to the pizza- we asked for the appetizers to be available during cocktail hour- and they disappeared fast because they were so good.

Everything was delicious (food), professional (Scott & crew), and effortless for us to work with on the wedding day.

"I hired Scott and Inferno to cater my wedding, and it couldn't have gone better. Everything was decided and organized ahead of time, so the day of, when I'm running round and can't tell which way is up, Scott and his team had all of their stuff handled and made sure everything went smoothly. They got set up and started cooking without needing to be supervised or "handled" and pizza starting coming out to guests right on time. But more importantly, the food was amazing! Multiple times I had guests, some of whom have worked in pizza in the past, came up to me to compliment the quality of the food. The unique recipes are delicious and interesting, and the crust/dough was perfect. When it was all over the team cleaned up after themselves and required no assistance from anyone. For anyone who has ever been through a wedding you understand how important and helpful it is to have a vendor that does not need to be micro managed, they know exactly what to do and get it done perfectly, and that is Scott and his team at Inferno.

I highly recommend Inferno for any of you catering needs.

We hired Inferno Woodfired Kitchen for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner.  Scott and Brandon were awesome!  They had an impressive set-up in the driveway to prep and cook the meal.  The neighbors were jealous!

Our daughter-in-law has a lot of food allergies/sensitivities and Scott custom designed several pizzas that worked for her (butternut squash with arugula was a big hit).  They served baked brie with homemade bread and  bruschetta pizza (like flatbread squares) for appetizers.  The main course was several pizzas (both gourmet and standard), a Caesar salad, and a DELICIOUS mixed berry salad with feta, candied nuts and more.  Everyone LOVED the meal!  Pizza may not sound elegant, but Scott uses such amazing ingredients and is so creative, that it blew everyone away.

I was worried about the timing of dinner since I wanted it to be a sit-down affair for 35 people, but Scott and Brandon timed it perfectly because they are able to keep several pizzas warm, but still delicious.  I wanted dinner to be at 6:00 and everything was ready right at 6:00.

It was a great experience and the uniqueness of having a pizza oven in your driveway would add to any event!  The difficult part was wanting to be outside watching the pizza (and the fire) and Scott and Brandon, instead of hosting our party.  The oven is spectacular!

I highly recommend sitting down with Scott and designing your event.  He will not disappoint!
